These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KironX Chrome Extension, website, and related services (“KironX”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By installing or using KironX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

KironX is an Smart Feed Filter for X (formerly Twitter).
It helps users understand their persona, analyze public conversations, overcome the blank-page effect, and decide where and how to engage on X.

KironX:

  • does not automate actions,
  • does not post content on your behalf,
  • does not send messages or interact automatically with other users.

All decisions and actions remain under the user’s control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use KironX.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of KironX complies with:

  • these Terms,
  • the terms of service of X (Twitter),
  • all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Some features of KironX require creating an account and/or purchasing a subscription.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
  • all activities performed under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

KironX may offer paid subscriptions for access to certain features.

  • Pricing and billing terms are displayed before purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
  • KironX does not store payment card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms presented at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KironX to:

  • violate any law or regulation,
  • engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior,
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your identity,
  • attempt to bypass platform safeguards or restrictions,
  • use KironX in a way that violates X’s policies.

KironX is designed to support human-driven, organic engagement only.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in KironX, including software, branding, and content, are owned by KironX or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without prior written permission.

7. User Content and Suggestions

KironX may generate suggestions, ideas, or insights based on public data and user input.

  • All generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use such suggestions.
  • KironX makes no guarantee regarding engagement, reach, or growth results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KironX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • fitness for a particular purpose,
  • accuracy or reliability of suggestions,
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Growth results depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KironX shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • loss of data, revenue, or reputation,
  • actions taken based on generated suggestions.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to KironX at any time if:

  • these Terms are violated,
  • required by law,
  • necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using KironX at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Continued use of KironX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
